LUK Knives is pleased to announce our participation in WMF 2026 – China International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (Shanghai), taking place from September 5–8, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai Hongqiao.
Visit us in Hall 8.1, Booth A65 to discuss custom woodworking blades, replacement machine knives, and cutting components for different wood-processing applications.
Established in 1986, WMF has become an important industry platform connecting woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing technology, materials, components, and production solutions. The 2026 edition marks the exhibition’s 40th anniversary and will bring together more than 400 exhibitors across approximately 52,000 square metres of exhibition space.
The exhibition covers wood primary processing, panel production, furniture manufacturing, automation technology, machine components, and knives, blades, machinery accessories, and hand tools. WMF 2026 will also be held alongside CIFF Shanghai and other furniture manufacturing exhibitions as part of Furniture Tech Week.
Advanced machinery is essential to modern furniture and wood-product manufacturing, but production performance also depends on the cutting components working inside the equipment.
An unsuitable or excessively worn blade may contribute to inconsistent dimensions, rough processed surfaces, increased cutting resistance, frequent blade changes, avoidable material loss, and unplanned downtime.
For this reason, replacement blades for woodworking equipment should not be selected only by size or hardness. The processed material, machine configuration, operating speed, mounting method, dimensional tolerances, and edge geometry should also be considered.
At WMF 2026, LUK Knives will present our manufacturing capabilities for custom woodworking blades, industrial machine knives, and replacement cutting components.
Depending on the application, we can evaluate blade requirements based on:
Where original drawings are unavailable, a used blade sample, part number, or detailed dimensional sketch may be used for an initial replacement assessment. Providing equipment and application information helps our team better understand the operating conditions before quotation.
Woodworking machinery manufacturers, furniture producers, wood-processing plants, industrial knife distributors, spare-parts suppliers, and procurement teams are welcome to visit the LUK Knives booth.
You can meet our team to discuss:
If you have a blade that wears too quickly, produces an inconsistent cutting surface, or is difficult to source, bring its drawing, part number, application details, or sample to our booth for an initial discussion.
